Chocolate and marshmallows, is there a better combination? We definitely love it! If you fancy a quick treat or need to make a party pleaser in a hurry, this quick and easy s'mores bites will be just the thing! INGREDIENTS:
Oreo Biscuits
Butter
Chocolate Buttons
Mini Marshmallows
Melted Chocolate
RECIPE:
Crush Oreos in a food processor or bag to create crumbs
Mix with butter until combined, make sure the mixture isn't too dry
Press the mixture into moulds to create a small cup shape
Add a chocolate button and mini marshmallows to the cup (be careful they don't overflow)
Put in the oven for 3 minutes at 180 degrees until the marshmallow has melted
Take out and leave in fridge to cool
Decorate with melted chocolate
and ENJOY!
