Easter is always one of my favourite times of the year!

As a lot of you know, I started my business way back when making chocolates for my classmates, teachers (long gone are the days of bringing your teacher an apple) and family. Although my business has moved on from chocolate and into the world of cake, I can still appreciate the utter indulgence that Easter brings and whilst I won’t be making any chocolate eggs this time around, I can still take this time to place a whole lot of indulgence inside each and every one of my cakes.
